Can workers clock in across different construction sites?
Yes. Set up each site once, and workers clock in from their phone at whichever site they're on. Every clock-in is tagged with GPS location so you can see who is on which site in real time. Your first site is £19.99 +VAT and the rate drops as you add more — sites 2–5 are £14.99 each and sites 6–20 are £9.99 each. Above 20 sites we quote you individually.
Does it work without signal on remote sites?
Clock-ins are captured on the device and sync as soon as the phone regains signal, so workers on patchy-coverage sites can still clock in and out reliably.
Is it suitable for CIS sub-contractors?
Yes. The GPS-stamped, tamper-proof timesheet export gives you clean hour records for sub-contractor pay and CIS record-keeping, with no per-worker fees as the crew changes. You choose how long attendance records are kept — UK payroll guidance is commonly three to six years — and nothing is destroyed without you asking.
